It begins with understanding what you would like to change and, just as importantly, what should remain.
During your consultation, I assess nasal function using nasofibroscopy and carefully examine the underlying bone and cartilage. I also study your facial proportions and take photographs from different angles.
Using this information, I create a personalised photographic simulation, drawn by hand. I do not start with a standard nose shape or a preconceived ideal. I start with you: your proportions, your features and what makes your face recognisably yours.
The aim is not to transform your face, but to achieve a harmony that feels as though it has always been there.

Can I start the process if I live outside Málaga?
Yes. An initial video consultation can often be used as a first contact to understand your case and plan the next steps. If you are considering surgery, the process can then be organised around the necessary in-person assessment, surgery and follow-up in Málaga.
